The CPA’s mission is to develop leadership and skills of the head office managers in their middle of career. It is a privileged place for experience transfer and acquisition of skills. Every leader enriches his knowledge through permanent exchanges with the leaders who organize the training but also with their peers stemming from all the sectors.
A rigorous selection of participants
The training CPA is exclusively opened to senior managers and leaders of companies having an average of 15 years of professional experience. They are selected according to their professional aptitudes and to their level of responsibility.
Every application file is firstly appreciated by the director of CPA. Candidates whose profile corresponds to the criteria of selection are invited to an interview with a jury made of managers on duty and CPA graduates who assess:
· depth and area of their experience.
·their carrier potential and leadership.
· their motivation and their professional target.
A unique method based on experience transfer
CPA training is done by managers and experts, representative of the various economic branches and recognized for their successful carrier and their teaching skills.
Transfer of experience is facilitated by the admixture of training courses, different economic sectors, functions and dimensions of company of participants. Every promotion includes leaders and experienced executives or with high potential, who improve themselves by confronting their practices, their analysis and their reflections.
The diversity of their professions and their skills constitutes a palette of an exceptional wealth which makes CPA a unique place for personal fulfilment and acquisition of experiences.

Studies of cases
Renewed and updated constantly to take into account evolution of the business environment, the cases aim at training participants to solve current and concret problems of existing companies in an European and globalized context. By their multiplicity, their variety and their stake in perspective in the program, they constitute a training in the individual and collective decision-making and offer a real opening on cultures and very different sectors.
Discussions are good occasion of experience exchange, rich in confrontations. They result systematically in an actions proposal. Cases are individually prepared by the participants, by familiarizing in depth of the situation. Then, they are worked in team and finally discussed in plenary meeting, under the supervision of a director of discussion, his role consists of making the group progress up to the decision-making.
Strategic diagnosis
Teams of participants organized as drafting committees, realize the strategic audit of one company. This report leans on the consolidation of the distinctive skills of each of the participants. It proposes a complete strategic analysis of the company in its sector, centred on the diagnosis, and results in implementation recommendations.
Individual report
Realized by the participant, at the end of his training, this personal work concerns a strategic problem of his company, a problematic in which he is himself a dominating actor. The individual report also offers to each the opportunity to make the synthesis of his knowledge acquired at CPA and so to bring to his company an immediate return on investment.
