CPA first period
First period: to comprehension and decide
To get to know and involve with the knowledge of the global vision of the company and the strategy, executives must have a perfect knowledge of working components of company and the knowledge on developing environment.
Managers have to make a decision by preparing guiding principle and put them into action, they should inform their team and guide them do some reform.
The first period of the courses will focus more on these sections hereinbefore.
To get to know the resource of the company
In the courses of concepts, tools, methods acquisition, we would guide all the participants to identify and asset each sources of the company, so as to learn how to converse effectively with the major managers from: marketing, sales, finance, judicial revenue, human resources, and sales checking depts.
To master keys process
After identifying and estimating the resources of company, the manager should learn how to master the key process which would optimize the global working: Organisation, information system, quality control, supply chain management, CRM, scientific innovation...
To Identify and understand partners
A company is a institution of globally complex and interacting system based on projects and activities and development with partners: States, pressure groups, customers, suppliers, banks, staffs and shareholders.
Managers played as a macro-controler of a net of different managers or basic staffs with arbiters.
To train to the strategic method
In the complex and uncertain business circumstance, more than to make out an outstanding strategic analysis, the manager must been trained so as to build a plan which drives to realist strategic scenes.
To decide for to act
In an environment more and more strong and uncertain, the building of advantages on competitors, specifics and distinctives, rests on a permanent dynamics of arbitration between: wishes and possibilities.

Manager should generally use the different components of its organisations: sociological, econimics, geopolitics. All of them are playing an important part for the future of the company, and may effect the development of the company.
A better knowledge of oneself as for increasing its efficiency
As the managers should control all the fundamentals concepts and tools of enterprises management, they should know correctly and learn how to improve his leader’s skills, and transfer the advantages on personality into company’s sources.
CPA period 2
Second period : to direct
To direct a company, that’s to integrate the complexity of a global and multicultural world environment. That’s using all skills: global vision, practical intelligency, trainning capacity,
listening and communication quality, capacity of developing their team and to mobilize theirs partners.
The period 2 of the program is devoting at the development of leadership of participants
To manage into a international context
Every parts of the program integrate an international dimension of the company and a sensibility facing cultures and others kinds of managment.
The diversity of the experience of our participants and the world panel of their company are at the begining of the program a source for confrontation of custom and culture. That is an enrichment.
In order to have better knowledge, some modules in Europe and in Asia are planed in a second period.They allow participants to confront their owns practicals managements to foreigners praticals,and to discover others environments and sectors.
That modules are organized in studies stays in partner universities
To develop his leadership
Trought differents exercices, every participants is driven to discover his own kind of leadership and to work on his management behiaviour in order to learn his strenghts and his limits. He will optimise his efficiency, manage his autonomy, priorities, stress. He will manage organisations, networks, teams, and improve communication and develop his negociation skills.
Take up a position like an executive in front of a society problem
A manager must integrate different parts of the society environment in which one he drives his company:
• man and organisation
• connexion with work
• input of humans’ science: philosophy, anthropology...
• power and authority
• ethics and responsability
That themes are developed during that period with accounts, conferences and works.
